For secure and efficient payment, we collaborate with Svea Webpay. We offer invoice as payment method.
When paying by invoice, you have a standard* credit period of 15 days from the invoice date. We conduct a customary credit assessment, and upon approval, the purchase is completed. To conduct a credit assessment, it is required that you provide your organization number. If the credit assessment is not approved, it is not possible to complete the purchase on invoice. If payment is made after the due date, late payment interest is charged at the reference rate + 8%. Any collection costs are billed separately.

All prices are stated in Euro excluding VAT. At checkout, any applicable fees such as VAT, shipping, excise tax, and environmental charges will be added. We reserve the right to adjust prices based on prevailing market conditions, changes in, for example, commodity prices, exchange rate developments, transportation, and energy costs. The price on the day of delivery applies.
Specific agreements may apply for existing customers.
For orders with a value below 125 EUR, a small order fee of 20 SEUR applies.
For orders over 300 EUR*, we deliver your products free of charge to the specified street address (ground floor) in Germany; otherwise, a shipping fee of 29 EUR applies. Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery of your products will be made according to Incoterm DAP. If you need assistance with deliveries outside of Germany, we can help you. Shipping will be at your expense.
If you are unable to receive your goods on the specified delivery date for any reason, a fee for double delivery will be charged.

For orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM, the goods are normally delivered within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated. Specific conditions may apply for existing customers, such as fixed delivery days or different cutoff times. According to industry practice, we reserve the right to over/under deliver by 10% of the ordered quantity.
Please note that longer delivery times apply for custom-designed products.
Pallet under goods
A fee for pallets under goods is charged or handled in a pallet pool. We reserve the right to charge for pallets under goods, which may be done retrospectively.
We always strive to maintain high availability in our warehouses. We will always inform you of availability and delivery time in your order acknowledgment. However, it may happen that items run out of stock or that we cannot deliver the entire order at the desired time. To minimize environmental impact, we prefer that you reorder the item at the next opportunity, or we will ensure that it is delivered as soon as it becomes available again.
Picking errors and damaged products
We do everything possible to avoid and minimize picking errors and transportation damage, but we still ask you to perform an arrival check upon delivery. Please inform the driver immediately on-site of any damage or missing products and then contact us to correct the error promptly.
Incorrectly ordered goods
In the case of incorrectly ordered goods, you have the right to return them to us within 10 days of receipt, except for specially manufactured items. All items must be in good condition and in their original packaging. A handling fee of 500 SEK is charged for returns, along with a 30% deduction from the order value for incorrectly ordered goods, and you are responsible for any return shipping costs. Contact us before returning your item, and we will assist you.
If you wish to file a claim for a product, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt. We will then agree on when we can collect the goods. Once the claim is approved, the amount will be credited, typically within two weeks.
For items that are specially manufactured, a starting cost of 175 SEK applies. We commit to storing tools such as clichés and dies for one year after the last delivery of the product.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, sell-outs, or discontinued items.
